You own it. No subscription, ever.
Most small-business websites aren’t bought, they’re rented. Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy: the bill arrives every month for as long as the site exists, and the day you stop paying, it goes dark. I build sites you own outright.

Paid once, when it’s built. Then it’s yours.

After launch. For the first 30 days, small tweaks are on me. Wording, a swapped photo, a detail you want nudged. After that, minor changes are still just ask. Anything bigger, like a new page or a new feature, is always quoted before I start. No retainer, no minimum, no monthly bill.
Domain. You’ll still need to pay for your domain. This is paid straight to the registrar, in your name, not to me. Hosting for a site like yours is free. That’s the whole ongoing cost.
What it costs to build. That depends on what you need, so every project is quoted upfront as a fixed price before any work begins.
